BBD Love mineral oil is truly the lifeline of your wood board. Mineral oil is a necessary tool to properly maintain any wooden kitchen products that come in contact with food, such as cutting and serving boards. Mineral oil helps the wood maintain proper moisture levels, reducing the chance of any cracking, splitting or warping due to wood dryness. Mineral oil will also rejuvenate the natural colors of the wood, making your board appear nearly brand new. Add some super fine sand paper (600 grit) to further soften the board without affecting the original pattern.
While BBD Love will make any board look great, we highly recommend it for our end-grain and edge-grain cutting boards.
Directions: Apply BBD Love Mineral to your board with a paper towel. Allow to absorb into wood overnight and wipe away any excess. Reapply often to maintain & protect surface.

This is a common question! For a simple engraving, we recommend one of four popular choices. (1) large initial or monogram (2) last name (3) wedding date or (4) longitude and latitude coordinates of a special place.
For a traditional monogram, with a larger center initial, follow the rules noted below.
