Making homemade pie dough might not be in our repertoire, but we know a thing or two about wooden boards. So, when customers requested a large board to kneed and shape pastry dough, we gladly accepted the challenge.

Our pastry board is made from maple hardwood — a kitchen classic. We added a 1/2 inch lip on the front of the board to keep it in position while rolling, and a 1/2 inch raised lip on the back of the board to keep dough from stretching off your work space. This Pastry Board comes with a 14 inch ruler for quick sizing and we engraved four circles measuring 6, 8, 9 and 10 inches in diameter to help guide a perfectly symmetrical pie crust. As an added bonus, we added two charts with common conversions to save you from Googling that measurement conundrum with sticky hands.

Fun fact: The reverse side of the Pastry Board can also be used for slicing and serving.
