Description

You’re in the middle of a summer cookout and your main course is ready to make its entry. Whether you are serving smoked brisket, grilled chicken, or pulled pork from the slow cooker, this board was built for serving meat.

However, here’s a secret…it is not ideal for your everyday chopping. On the condition you want a brisket board that doubles as a cutting board, check out the Circle Walnut or River Rock Farm Board.

The Brisket Board is a striking slab of 1.75-inch thick mahogany hardwood. It features our exclusive “Big Beef Pattern“, a unique configuration of grooves and ridges. The Big Beef Pattern allows you to slice and serve a large cut of meat while it sits in its own delicious and savory juice, ensuring that every slice is moist and tender.

Even if you’re entertaining the neighborhood, that’s no problem. The Brisket Board comes in two sizes — 20 and 30 inches long. Talk about a conversation piece for the kitchen.

Frequently Asked Questions

This is a common question! For a simple engraving, we recommend one of four popular choices. (1) large initial or monogram (2) last name (3) wedding date or (4) longitude and latitude coordinates of a special place.

For a traditional monogram, with a larger center initial, follow the rules noted below.

  • Individual’s monogram = first, last, middle (for example, Carrie Pearl Smith = cSp)
  • Couple’s monogram = wife’s name, last name, husband’s name (for example, Caroline and Scott Miller = cMs)

Our wood charcuterie boards are treating with mineral oil. Mineral oil is 100% food safe and great for conditioning wood. You can also use coconut oil as an alternative to mineral oil.  General care instructions are included with your order. We also have detailed instructions for charcuterie board care and a video on our website.

Detailed board care instructions are listed on our website, along with a YouTube video for reference. But generally, our recommendations are: (1) wash both sides of the board with soap/water (2) stand the board on its edge overnight to dry, and (3) condition all sides with mineral oil. Easy as 1-2-3!
