The Canton is an oval-shaped charcuterie board that is for the lovers of all things charcuterie. Named after Matt’s hometown of Canton, Ohio, this serving board is large enough to display your favorite mix of meats, cheeses, and snacks.
The oval charcuterie board is made from solid cherry hardwood, which naturally darkens with age. The board’s shape brings visual interest to your serving spread, even when the board is covered in snacks. The grain in cherry has a beautiful, wave-like, pattern that is an enjoyable backdrop for your next big cheese platter.
You can use the hole at the top of the board for easy handling when prepping and serving. When you’re not using the piece, you can hang it up on an open wall in your kitchen using the same hole.

This is a common question! For a simple engraving, we recommend one of four popular choices. (1) large initial or monogram (2) last name (3) wedding date or (4) longitude and latitude coordinates of a special place.

Our wood charcuterie boards are treating with mineral oil. Mineral oil is 100% food safe and great for conditioning wood. You can also use coconut oil as an alternative to mineral oil. General care instructions are included with your order. We also have detailed instructions for charcuterie board care and a video on our website.
Detailed board care instructions are listed on our website, along with a YouTube video for reference. But generally, our recommendations are: (1) wash both sides of the board with soap/water (2) stand the board on its edge overnight to dry, and (3) condition all sides with mineral oil. Easy as 1-2-3!
