Available in small and large sizes, featuring a hole for hanging and handling and an optional anchor symbol engraved into the corner of each piece.
We set the foundation for these dark-wood charcuterie boards out of the very popular hardwoods: Black Walnut and Hard Maple then kicked it up a notch with exotic woods such as Jatoba and Bubinga. We believe these hardwoods represent the nautical and rustic look throughout the coastal towns on the South Shore.
The Anker Collection is our modern take on the basic kitchen board. We even spiced up the name: Anker. The collection also includes an edge-grain cutting board and a matching Cap Catch. Trust us, you’ll want one of each of these dark-wood products!

This is a common question! For a simple engraving, we recommend one of four popular choices. (1) large initial or monogram (2) last name (3) wedding date or (4) longitude and latitude coordinates of a special place.
For a traditional monogram, with a larger center initial, follow the rules noted below.

Our wood charcuterie boards are treating with mineral oil. Mineral oil is 100% food safe and great for conditioning wood. You can also use coconut oil as an alternative to mineral oil. General care instructions are included with your order. We also have detailed instructions for charcuterie board care and a video on our website.
Detailed board care instructions are listed on our website, along with a YouTube video for reference. But generally, our recommendations are: (1) wash both sides of the board with soap/water (2) stand the board on its edge overnight to dry, and (3) condition all sides with mineral oil. Easy as 1-2-3!
